Who runs the site

This website is operated by Alexander Caulfield trading as Studio Wye, a UK sole trader. It brings together Tech It Easy, 5 by Alex, commissioned video and original digital artwork. Our postal address is on the legal & contact details page.

Our content

The original writing, artwork, photographs, video and design on this site belong to Studio Wye or their respective rights holders. Brand names, logos and third-party material remain the property of their owners.

You are welcome to browse, link to our pages and keep a copy for personal reference. Please ask before republishing our photographs, videos, artwork or substantial parts of an article, except where the law permits that use. Do not remove attribution or present our work as your own.

Wallpaper files supplied for download have their own personal-use licence. A preview on a webpage is not a downloadable product or permission to redistribute the original artwork.

Reviews and guides reflect the product, testing and information described at the time. Products, software, prices and availability can change. Check the details that matter to you before making a decision, and tell us if you spot an error.

Commercial relationships

The studio earns money through commissioned work, channel partnerships and affiliate activity. A portfolio example or brand logo describes the stated relationship; it does not mean that brand endorses the whole studio or every opinion on the site.

Where a link is an affiliate link, we may earn a commission if you follow it and make a qualifying purchase. Paid partnerships and relevant commercial relationships should be identified with the content concerned, so you can understand the context before following a recommendation.

Enquiries & projects

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not book time, confirm a price or create an agreement for production. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, revisions and usage rights are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract.

You do not join a newsletter by asking about a project or requesting a media kit. Any marketing subscription is a separate choice.

Our enquiry form sends your details to the studio so we can reply. Newsletter signups are handled separately by Kit and require email confirmation. You can also contact us directly at hello@studiowye.com.

Responsible use

Please do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious files, interfere with another visitor’s use or submit unlawful material. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service.

We aim to keep the site useful and available, but may update it or take parts offline for maintenance. If something is inaccessible or not working, email hello@studiowye.com and describe the page and problem.

Your rights & changes

Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these website terms as the site develops. The date at the top identifies this version. Any future purchase terms or project agreement will be supplied separately; a website update does not retrospectively rewrite an existing agreement.
