The licence

Alexander Caulfield trading as Studio Wye gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied wallpaper files on your own devices. You receive permission to use the files; ownership and copyright in the artwork remain with the rights holder.

The version supplied with your download applies to that download. Any different permission must be agreed with Studio Wye in writing.

What you can do

• Use the supplied wallpapers as backgrounds on your own phone, tablet, computer or other personal device.
• Resize or crop the artwork to fit your screens.
• Keep backup copies for your own use.
• Share a photograph of your setup with the wallpaper incidentally visible, provided it does not supply a reusable copy of the artwork.

There is no fixed number of personal devices in this licence. You do not need a separate licence just because you replace your phone or computer.

Keep the files personal

Please do not:

• Share the wallpaper files or a private download link with other people.
• Resell, redistribute or upload the files for others to download, whether free or paid.
• Include the artwork in another wallpaper pack, template, app, product, print or commercial artwork.
• Claim the artwork as your own or remove a preview watermark to obtain a substitute for the supplied download.

Cropping or resizing does not make redistribution permissible. If someone else likes your wallpaper, share the store link so they can get their own copy.

Files & previews

The relevant product or download description will identify the files, formats, dimensions and artwork count supplied. Device previews show how an image might be cropped; they do not promise an additional file for every illustrated device.

Screen size, aspect ratio and display settings can change how the artwork appears. No physical product is supplied. Additional designs, future updates or lifetime download hosting are included only if the offer expressly says so.

Website preview images may be reduced in size or watermarked. They are not the original download files and do not grant a separate right to redistribute the artwork.

Help & your rights

If a supplied file is missing, faulty or not as described, contact hello@studiowye.com with the download name and a description of the issue.

This licence does not affect your statutory consumer rights. It does not create a blanket “no refunds” rule or remove remedies available under applicable law. Payment, delivery and cancellation information will be set out separately before paid sales begin.
